A supplier list does not tell you the things that matter most.
Before anything else, the exact rules for this product and origin have to be pinned down in writing. We investigate this and find the ground truth regarding regulations and requirements.
A PDF is not enough. Someone has to check it with the body that issued it.

Every job runs the same way. Phase 1 finds the candidates. Phase 2 checks the ones you want to take seriously. You see the price for each phase in writing before it starts.
We start with a call to lock down exactly what you need: product, certifications, volume, packaging, target price, lead time, and any hard limits. We then map the market in your origin using customs records and direct outreach. Within two to four weeks you have a list of three to five suppliers that fit the brief, with their basic certificates and pricing in front of you.
Each supplier you pick goes through the full check: legal and financial, on-site factory visit, certificates verified with their issuing bodies, EU-accredited lab testing, and samples shipped to your office in Sweden. The job ends with a written report on each supplier and a call where we discuss the findings and our recommendation.
A certificate PDF on its own proves very little. We call the body that stamped it, the company registrar, the organic certifier, the FSSC scheme owner, KRAV, Fairtrade etc. and confirm it's real and current.
Every Phase 2 supplier gets a real visit. We look at the floor, the equipment, the storage, the records. We compare what we see against what they showed in their pitch. When necessary, we offer bringing in an independent inspection partner. Either way, you don't have to fly anyone out.
Pesticide residues, heavy metals, mycotoxins, microbial counts, whatever your product needs, it goes to an EU-accredited lab.
The process starts with a deep investigation of what the specific product requirements are both from a regulatory perspective, and for your own quality needs.
